We are expanding our sales team and looking for a highly motivated B2B Sales Development Representative (SDR) who can generate qualified opportunities and contribute to our growth across North America and EMEA markets.
Position Overview
We are seeking a results-driven SDR with 2–4 years of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, and business development. The ideal candidate has a strong hunter mindset, excels at prospecting and relationship building, and understands how to engage decision-makers through strategic outreach.
You will play a critical role in identifying opportunities, qualifying prospects, and scheduling meetings for our Account Executives and Sales Managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting across North America (USA & Canada) and EMEA markets.
- Research target companies and identify key decision-makers aligned with Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs).
- Execute outreach campaigns through LinkedIn, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email, cold calling, and follow-ups.
- Build and manage prospect pipelines through structured outreach sequences.
- Engage senior stakeholders including CEOs, CTOs, CISOs, CMOs, and Engineering Leaders.
- Qualify prospects using frameworks such as BANT and MEDDICC-light.
- Nurture cold and unresponsive leads through consistent engagement.
- Schedule qualified discovery meetings for Account Executives and Sales Managers.
- Maintain CRM accuracy and ensure all activities are properly documented.
- Track outreach performance, conversion rates, and pipeline metrics.
- Develop a strong understanding of TechoMatrix services, solutions, and target industries.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Experience
- 2–4 years of experience in:
- Sales Development
- Business Development
- Inside Sales
- B2B Lead Generation
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven track record of generating qualified meetings through outbound prospecting.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive.
- Hands-on experience with:
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Apollo
- ZoomInfo
- Instantly
- Clay
- Strong understanding of North American and EMEA sales processes.
- Excellent objection handling and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Preferred
- Experience selling SaaS, Software Development, IT Services, AI Solutions, Cybersecurity, or Technology Services.
- Understanding of enterprise buying processes and long B2B sales cycles.
