Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Convert conversations into successful sales
- Maintain high-quality chat standards and quick response times
Requirements:
- Strong written English communication skills
- Basic computer and typing skills
- Ability to handle multiple chats efficiently
- Matric / Intermediate (O/A Levels or English certification is a plus)
