Senior Sales Executive – US Clients (Warm Leads)
Pay: PKR 90,000 – 150,000 per month
Commission: 8% – 12% (Profit-Based)
Location: Near Khayaban-e-Ameen / Valencia, Lahore
Shift Timing: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM (US Campaigns)

What You Will Do
- Receive warm transfers only from agents
- Handle final qualification and objections
- Close $500 – $3,000 digital marketing packages
- Upsell monthly recurring services
- Retain clients for long-term revenue
- Communicate professionally with US clients (Calls / Zoom)
No cold calls
No scripts
No micromanagement
Salary & Commission (Transparent & Real)
Fixed Salary:
PKR 90,000 – 150,000 (based on experience)
Commission:
8% – 12% of profit (not total sale value)
Higher performance and strong retention = higher commission.
Who This Role Is For
- 2+ years experience closing US clients
- Confident English communication (neutral accent preferred)
