Job Description
We are looking for a Chat Sales Executive to handle customer inquiries and sales through live chat. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with strong written English and good communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries via live chat professionally
- Assist customers with product/service information
- Convert chats into successful sales
- Maintain chat quality, accuracy, and response time
- Follow company chat and sales guidelines
Requirements

- Ability to handle multiple chats efficiently
