We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive who can bring serious client opportunities, generate quality leads, build business relationships, and help close projects for the company.

Compensation
This is a commission based role.
The selected candidate will receive 10% commission on every successfully closed and paid client project.
Commission will be released after the client payment is received by the company.
Role Overview
We are looking for a result driven Business Development Executive who already has experience in finding clients, approaching business owners, presenting digital services, handling client communication, and converting leads into paid projects.
This role is suitable for someone who understands how to generate business independently and has confidence in bringing real clients for website development, software development, ecommerce, UI UX, SEO, branding, and digital solution projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Find and approach potential clients through LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, cold calling, freelance platforms, business directories, social media, referrals, and personal network.
- Generate qualified leads for website development, web applications, ecommerce websites, custom software, mobile apps, UI UX design, SEO, branding, automation, and digital growth services.
- Identify business owners, decision makers, startups, agencies, local businesses, ecommerce brands, service providers, consultants, and companies that need digital solutions.
- Research each prospect properly before outreach and understand their business, current online presence, website problems, service gaps, and possible growth opportunities.
- Create personalized outreach messages based on the client’s business, pain points, and possible digital improvement areas.
- Contact potential clients professionally and introduce WQ Tech Solutions in a strong, clear, and business focused way.
- Explain company services, value, process, and benefits to potential clients with confidence and clarity.
- Understand client requirements through calls, messages, meetings, or emails and collect complete project details.
- Qualify leads based on budget, project scope, urgency, business need, decision making authority, and seriousness.
- Arrange meetings or calls between qualified clients and the company founder or technical team when required.
- Handle initial client communication and maintain a professional follow up process until the lead is converted or closed.
- Prepare basic project understanding notes for the internal team after client discussion.
- Support in preparing proposals, quotations, scope documents, and service presentations when needed.
- Follow up with prospects regularly without sounding pushy or robotic.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients and active opportunities.
- Track all leads, conversations, follow ups, meeting status, project status, and closing updates properly.
- Maintain a weekly report of outreach activity, leads generated, meetings booked, proposals sent, and deals closed.
- Work closely with the company founder to understand service positioning, pricing strategy, target industries, and ideal client profiles.
- Suggest new markets, industries, niches, platforms, and outreach strategies to generate better quality clients.
- Represent WQ Tech Solutions professionally in all communication with prospects and clients.
- Build long term relationships with clients for repeat projects, referrals, and future business opportunities.
- Help improve sales scripts, outreach messages, follow up messages, and client handling process based on market response.
- Bring serious project opportunities where the company can provide real value and deliver quality work.
- Maintain confidentiality of company pricing, internal process, client information, business strategy, and communication material.
- Take ownership of business development activity and focus on measurable results.
Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum 5 plus years of experience in business development, client acquisition, lead generation, or sales.
- Proven experience in bringing clients for digital services, software services, website development, marketing, IT, or agency based work.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales and client communication.
- Ability to find and approach business owners and decision makers.
- Strong experience with LinkedIn outreach, cold email, WhatsApp outreach, cold calling, referrals, or freelance platform sales.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and follow up skills.
- Ability to understand client pain points and explain solutions clearly.
- Confidence in handling client conversations independently.
- Ability to work on a commission based model.
- Must be target oriented, self motivated, and serious about generating real business.
- Must have a professional attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
- Must be able to provide examples of previous client acquisition experience.
- Must understand how to build trust with clients and move conversations toward closing.
- Must be comfortable working remotely and reporting progress regularly.

Important Note
This is not a fixed salary role.
This is a performance based business development role with 10% commission on every successfully closed and paid project.
