GHL Specialist

Job Title: GHL (GoHighLevel) Specialist – Business Development / Marketing

Location: On-site (Green Acres Housing Society)
Timings: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM

Shopify Pro is seeking a proactive and results-oriented GHL (GoHighLevel) Specialist to join our Business Development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing lead generation processes, CRM workflows, and marketing automation initiatives using GoHighLevel. This role requires hands-on experience with GHL, along with a strong understanding of B2B marketing and outbound strategies, to support business growth and improve client acquisition processes.

Experience Required:

1–2 years of relevant experience with GoHighLevel (preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize CRM pipelines within GoHighLevel
• Set up and execute marketing automation workflows (Email, SMS, WhatsApp)
• Build and manage campaigns in GHL
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance (open rates, conversions, lead flow)
• Integrate GHL with third-party tools (e.g., Zapier, APIs)
• Maintain accurate lead data and reporting within the CRM
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve conversion rates
• Stay updated with the latest GHL features and automation strategies

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (GHL)
• Strong understanding of CRM management and marketing automation
• Experience with email/SMS campaign setup and optimization
• Basic knowledge of integrations (Zapier or similar tools)
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
• Understanding of B2B sales funnels and lead nurturing

Nice to Have:

• Experience in lead generation or outbound marketing
• Basic copywriting skills for campaigns
• Prior experience in a digital marketing agency
