We’re Hiring: Procurement Officer – Night Shift (On-Site)
Location: Bahria Town, Phase 8, Rawalpindi
Timings: 8 PM – 5 AM
Comtanix is a fast-growing BPO (not a call center) – is looking for an experienced Procurement Officer with top-tier communication and finance skills.If you thrive in a dynamic environment and can work independently in night shifts, this might be the perfect role for you.
What we’re looking for:
- Proficient in English (written & verbal)
- Strong analytical & computer skills
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Ability to manage vendor payments, contracts, and compliance
- Experience with QuickBooks Online, ERP Configuration, and MS Office
Key responsibilities:
- Prepare POs, invoices, and purchase reports (cost analysis)
- Track orders & ensure timely delivery
- Maintain supplier relations & negotiate contracts
- Perform regular audits on import/export files
- Coordinate with sales & procurement departments
- Market price checking & compliance verification
Must-have skills:
Revenue Analysis, MS Office, Fluent English, Purchase Orders, Management Procurement, Contracts Knowledge, ERP Configuration, QuickBooks Online
Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
