Junior - Online Bidding Executive (Freelancer / Upwork)

Red Feather Tech is looking for a motivated and results-oriented Online Bidding Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have working experience with Upwork, Freelancer, and other bidding platforms, along with strong communication and client-handling skills.

Responsibilities:

• Generate business through Upwork, Freelancer, and other online platforms
• Identify potential clients and submit competitive proposals
• Communicate with clients and understand project requirements
• Coordinate with internal teams for project discussions and estimations
• Maintain bidding records, follow-ups, and lead reports
• Build long-term business relationships with international clients

Requirements:

• 6 months / 1 year of experience in Online Bidding / Business Development
• Strong knowledge of Upwork, Freelancer, and similar platforms
• Excellent communication and proposal writing skills
• Ability to handle clients professionally and close deals
• Basic understanding of web development, design, SEO, or digital services will be a plus

Location: Gulshan Block 10-A, Karachi
Shift: 03:00 PM – 12:00 AM
