Social Media Marketing Manager / SMM Manager

Seatech is looking for a skilled and creative Social Media Marketing Manager to manage social media platforms, develop content strategies, run campaigns, and improve online engagement for our company and clients.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media trends, content planning, paid advertising, audience engagement, and brand communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage social media strategies for company and client accounts.
  • Create monthly content calendars for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant channels.
  • Plan, write, and coordinate posts, captions, reels, stories, and campaign content.
  • Work with designers and video editors to prepare creative social media content.
  • Manage daily posting, scheduling, and page monitoring.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and audience interactions professionally.
  • Run and monitor paid social media campaigns, especially Meta Ads.
  • Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular reports.
  • Research competitors, market trends, and audience behavior.
  • Suggest new content ideas, campaigns, and growth strategies.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all social media platforms.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and clients for approvals, updates, and campaign requirements.
  • Track KPIs such as reach, engagement, followers, leads, and conversions.
  • Improve social media presence through organic and paid strategies.

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Meta Business Suite.
  • Experience in content planning and social media strategy.
  • Basic understanding of paid advertising and campaign performance.
  • Good English writing skills for captions and ad copy.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple pages and deadlines.
  • Understanding of current social media trends.
  • Basic knowledge of Canva, design coordination, or creative briefing.
  • Reporting and analytical skills.

Preferred Experience

  • Previous experience as an SMM Executive, Social Media Manager, Digital Marketing Executive, or similar role.
  • Experience with Meta Ads Manager will be preferred.
  • Agency experience will be a plus.
  • Experience handling international client accounts will be an advantage.
