The Role:
PNC Solutions is looking for a passionate and target-driven Sales Executive with experience in IT product, SaaS, or educational industry sales. The ideal candidate should be confident in dealing with teachers, schools, academies, colleges, and educational institutions.
This role is ideal for candidates who understand how to pitch technology solutions in a simple and effective way to the education sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential schools, academies, colleges, and educational institutes
- Conduct product demos and explain platform features to teachers and management
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, calls, networking, and outreach campaigns
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Achieve monthly sales and onboarding targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for successful client onboarding
- Maintain sales pipeline and CRM records
- Understand customer pain points and propose suitable solutions
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Client Relations
- Experience in EdTech, SaaS, IT products, LMS, ERP, or educational solutions will be preferred
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Confidence in conducting meetings and demos
- Ability to explain technical products in a simplified manner
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
