• Prompt Engineering: Write and refine prompts for AI tools to generate scripts, voiceovers, visuals, and animations.
• Trend Hooking: Keep a close eye on global social media trends, viral audio, and formats to implement them quickly into our content strategy.
• Performance Tracking: Analyze video performance metrics to understand what works and continuously improve viewer retention.

What We Are Looking For:

• Gender: Female (Preference for candidates residing in or near Madina Town, Faisalabad).
• Tech-Savvy Mindset: Strong interest in AI tools (like ChatGPT, FLOW, CapCut, Runway, ElevenLabs, or similar video/image AI software). Prior professional experience is a plus, but a passion for learning is mandatory!
• Platform Knowledge: Deep understanding of how Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube algorithms work.
• Creative Vision: Ability to conceptualize strong "hooks" that capture audience attention in the first 3 seconds.
