We are looking for experienced and dynamic Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a CSR, you will play a key role in representing our brand, understanding customer needs, and providing top-notch support. Your responsibilities will include answering inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service.
Who We're Looking For:
✅ UK-Based Experience: Prior experience working with UK-based firms is highly preferred.
✅ Relevant Industry Background: Experience in the Homeware industry or a similar business is a strong advantage.
✅ Outstanding Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities are essential.
✅ Customer-Oriented Mindset: A proactive approach to problem-solving and ensuring customer satisfaction.
✅ Adaptability & Flexibility: Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
✅ Team Player: A collaborative attitude with a willingness to contribute to the team's success.
✅ Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in customer service tools and systems such as G Suite, Microsoft Excel/G sheets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide product/service information.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Accurately update customer records and documentation.
- Work closely with the team to improve service quality and efficiency.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
