Job Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven, sharp, quick learner and experienced Lead Generation Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 1 year of proven experience in B2B Lead Generation, with a strong preference for candidates with a background in the Software Service industry. The primary focus of this role is to identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities/leads through strategic lead-generation techniques, with an emphasis on using the LinkedIn platform, and AI tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage a robust network on LinkedIn, engaging with key decision-makers.
  • Research, analyze, build, and track a database of B2B prospects and leads using various tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and LinkedIn Automation tools.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities.
  • Work closely with the BD Head to align lead generation efforts with overall business goals.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads and activities in the CRM system, the candidate must be familiar with HubSpot CRM.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in lead generation, preferably in the IT Services industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation targets.
  • Demonstrated experience in using LinkedIn for lead generation purposes.
  • Proficiency in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator is must.
  • Should have extensive experience in Data Extraction and generating quality leads via LinkedIn.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Collaborative and Creative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
