About CodeSwift

CodeSwift is a software company building SaaS products, AI-powered solutions, Next.js web applications, CMS platforms. We work with clients across industries who need reliable, modern software — and we're growing fast. We're looking for a driven Business Development Executive to help us expand our client base and open new revenue streams.

What You'll Do

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities for CodeSwift's service and product offerings
  • Run LinkedIn outreach campaigns to generate qualified leads — targeting CTOs, founders, product managers, and decision-makers
  • Use tools like Apollo, Hunter.io, Lusha, or similar to build and enrich prospect lists
  • Manage outreach sequences via email and LinkedIn (Sales Navigator, Expandi, Lemlist, or similar)
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads, run discovery calls, and hand off warm prospects to the closing stage
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline using a CRM (HubSpot, Notion, or similar)
  • Track outreach metrics, conversion rates, and revenue attributed to your efforts
  • Represent CodeSwift professionally in all client-facing communications

What You'll Earn

  • Base Salary: PKR 80,000/month
  • Commission: 10% of the contract value on every deal you bring in — no cap
  • Strong performers who consistently close deals will see their commission significantly outpace their base

What We're Looking For

Must-haves:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or lead generation (freelance or employed)
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn outreach — organic and/or via Sales Navigator
  • Familiarity with at least one outreach or automation tool (Lemlist, Expandi, Apollo, Instantly, etc.)
  • Strong written English — your first message is your first impression
  • Self-starter who can work independently without daily hand-holding
  • Basic understanding of software services (web development, SaaS, mobile apps, or AI)

Nice-to-haves:

  • Prior experience selling software development or IT services
  • Existing network of clients or decision-makers in your target verticals
  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho, etc.)
  • Familiarity with proposal writing or scope-of-work documents

Working Style

  • Remote-friendly — work from anywhere
  • Flexible hours, but you're expected to show up when it counts (calls, follow-ups, pipeline reviews)
  • Results-driven: you're measured on qualified leads generated and deals closed — not on hours logged
