Location: Upper Mall Road, Lahore

Shift Timings: 6PM to 3AM (Night Shift)

Position Overview

We are seeking a disciplined, proactive, and experienced Admin In-charge (Retired Army Officer) who is willing to work night shifts and oversee the organization's administrative operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient management of facilities, security, housekeeping, mess operations, procurement, stores, and maintenance functions. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills, along with relevant corporate or industrial administrative experience in addition to their military background.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day administrative operations and ensure smooth functioning of office facilities.
  • Supervise and manage housekeeping staff to maintain a clean, safe, and professional working environment.
  • Manage mess operations, ensuring quality food services, hygiene standards, inventory control, and vendor coordination.
  • Handle procurement activities, including vendor selection, purchasing, inventory control, and store management while ensuring cost-effectiveness and compliance with company policies.
  • Develop and implement security procedures to safeguard company assets, employees, and visitors.
  • Supervise security personnel and coordinate with external security agencies when required.
  • Oversee construction, renovation, repair, and maintenance projects, ensuring timely completion within approved budgets.
  • Manage office infrastructure, utilities, equipment, and facility maintenance to minimize operational disruptions.
  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and service providers for administrative and maintenance-related services.
  • Prepare administrative reports, budgets, and expenditure records, ensuring proper documentation and compliance.
  • Monitor administrative expenses and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
  • Support management in organizing company events, meetings, and official functions.
  • Handle emergency situations and implement contingency plans when required.

Requirements

  • Retired Army Officer with proven leadership and administrative capabilities.
  • Must be willing to work night shifts and be available to respond to operational requirements as needed.
  • Minimum 4–5 years of experience in a corporate or industrial setup after retirement from the Army.

  • Mess Management
  • Procurement & Store Management
  • Security Management
  • Construction, Renovation & Facility Maintenance
  • Excellent leadership, planning, and team management skills.
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management abilities.
  • Good knowledge of inventory management and administrative best practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong communication, reporting, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize assignments, and work under pressure.
